WEBSITE BUILDS · ONE-TIME

Pay once. Own it. No monthly required.

Not every business needs the whole system on day one. Some just need a real website — something that loads fast, looks right on a phone, and gives a stranger a reason to call. That's a legitimate thing to want, and it's a legitimate place to start.

So we build them one-time, starting at $497. You own the domain, the files, the analytics, and your Google profile — all in your name, from the start. Add the automation later if you ever want it. Nothing gets rebuilt.

THE BUILDS

Three sizes. Published prices.

Pick by how many pages you actually need. Every one of them includes the search and AI-readability groundwork, a Google Business Profile set up in your name, and twelve months of hosting.

Landing Page — from $497

One page. Mobile-first, with your logo, copy, photos, contact form, click-to-call and click-to-text, Google Business Profile setup, a review QR code, and 12 months of hosting. Right for a business that needs one solid page a customer can land on and call from.

Starter Site — $797

Four pages. Home, Services, About, Contact. Everything in the Landing Page plus room to lay out what you actually do. The right pick for most solo operators and small crews getting online properly for the first time.

Full Website — $1,497

Five pages, custom. Everything above plus a deeper local SEO foundation, Google Analytics and Search Console in your name, a 15-minute guided kickoff, and a 14-day launch promise. Pay in full or split into installments.

Site Care — $49/mo (optional)

Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, one small content edit a month, security patches, and an annual tune-up. Add it if you'd rather not think about upkeep. Skip it and host anywhere you like — the site is yours either way.

Every build: 14-day launch · 30-day fix window · full ownership handoff. See the full ladder on the pricing page.

OWN VS. RENT

The cheap monthly website isn't cheaper. It's just spread out.

There are offers around town for a website at roughly twenty dollars a month. On the flyer that looks like the best deal available. Run the math past year one and it stops looking that way.

A rented site at ~$20/mo

Roughly $600–$720 over three years depending on whether you pay monthly or annually. Year four, it keeps going. Year ten, it's still going. Stop paying and the site comes down — you may get the files, but the hosting and the domain stop with the subscription.

A Starter Site at $797 once

$797, then it's done. Twelve months of hosting is in the price. After that, hosting a site like this runs a few dollars a month anywhere you want to put it — or $49/mo if you'd rather we handle it. Either way the domain, the files, and the profile are already in your name.

We're not saying a low monthly is a scam — for somebody who wants zero up-front cost, it's a real option. We're saying know which one you're buying. One of them you're renting for as long as you're in business. The other you own outright before the second year starts.

IN EVERY BUILD

What ships no matter which size you pick.

Fast on a phone

Built light, no page-builder bloat. Half your visitors are on a phone with one bar out on a job site — the page has to load anyway.

Search groundwork included

Page titles, descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, sitemap, and structured data. Not an upsell later — it's in the build. More on our SEO work →

Readable by AI search

Structured data and direct question-and-answer sections, so tools like Google's AI Overviews and ChatGPT can actually understand and cite your business. Very few local sites have this.

Google Business Profile

Set up or cleaned up, in your name — correct categories, service area, hours, and photos. For most service businesses this drives more calls than the website does.

One tap to reach you

Click-to-call and click-to-text on every page, a short contact form people actually finish, and a review QR code you can put on invoices and the truck.

Everything in your name

Domain, hosting, analytics, Google profile. If you fire us tomorrow, you walk with all of it and nothing has to be negotiated.

HONEST COMPARISON

What a one-time build won't do.

Straight answer, because it matters more than the price: a website — ours or anyone's — doesn't answer the phone. When a call comes in while you're under a sink and it rings out, the site does nothing. When somebody fills out the form at 9 p.m., the site doesn't reply. When a job wraps up, the site doesn't ask for the review.

Those are automations, and they run on the monthly plans starting at $97/mo for missed-call recovery alone. Plenty of businesses genuinely only need the website right now, and that's fine — start there. Just don't buy a website expecting it to do a receptionist's job, from us or from anybody else.

When you're ready, nothing gets rebuilt. The site we hand you is the same site the plans run on. We switch pieces on.

HOW IT GOES

Start to live in about two weeks.

1 · A short call

What you do, who you serve, what towns you cover. Fifteen minutes. We'll tell you which size actually fits instead of selling you up.

2 · You send what you have

Photos, your service list, your logo if you've got one. If you don't have photos, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.

3 · We build it

You see it before it goes live and get a round of changes. No surprises on launch day.

4 · Launch and handoff

Live inside 14 days, everything registered in your name, plus a 30-day window to fix anything that needs adjusting.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Who buys a one-time build.

Just getting started

New business, new LLC, first real website. You need to look legitimate to people who look you up before they call.

Solo operators

One truck, one chair, one crew. You answer your own phone and you don't need automation yet — you need to be findable.

Replacing something old

A site from 2016, a DIY builder you never finished, or something a relative built and then moved away. We rebuild it and keep whatever already ranks.

Tired of renting

You've been paying monthly for years for a site you don't own. Pay once, take the keys, and stop the meter.

FAQ

Website build questions, answered

Is it cheaper to pay monthly or pay once?

A rented site around $20/mo runs roughly $600–$720 over three years and never stops. A one-time build costs more up front and then stops costing you. Our Starter Site is $797 once with 12 months hosting included; after that, hosting runs a few dollars a month anywhere. The bigger difference: when payments stop on a rented site, the site stops too.

Do I actually own the website?

Yes, and it's in your name from the start rather than handed over later. Domain registered to you, Google Business Profile yours, Analytics and Search Console in your account, and you get the site files. Moving to another provider requires no negotiation.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?

No. One-time builds are complete on their own with no monthly requirement. Site Care at $49/mo is available if you want upkeep handled, but it's optional and you can add or drop it anytime.

How long does a build take?

Landing Pages and Starter Sites typically launch inside two weeks once we have your photos, services, and service area. The Full Website Build carries a 14-day launch promise. Every build includes a 30-day fix window after launch.

What's the difference between this and a monthly plan?

A one-time build gets you the website — fast, mobile, your information on it. It won't text back a missed call, follow up with a quiet lead, or ask for a review after a job. Those are automations and they run on the monthly plans. Plenty of businesses only need the website, and that's a fine place to start.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, and nothing gets rebuilt. The site we hand you is the same site the monthly plans run on, so adding missed-call text-back, review automation, or a 24/7 receptionist later is a matter of switching pieces on.
