Real talk for 806 business owners.
Short, plain-language posts on what's actually working right now in the 806 — missed-call recovery, 24/7 receptionist deployments, review automation, and the small wins that compound. Written by Brandon, based on what we see every week running these systems for Lubbock service businesses.

When you don't answer, the lead calls the next business on Google. Most never leave a voicemail and most never call back. Here's what missed-call text-back actually does about it — and why under 60 seconds is the magic number.

How often do you publish?
The goal is one a week. We haven't always hit it, and the date sits on every post so you can check rather than take our word for it. A post goes up when something actually changes in how Lubbock customers find and pick a business.
Who writes these?
Brandon, the owner of 806 Growth. Not a content agency and not a ghostwriter, and every post comes out of work we've actually done here in the 806. If something in one doesn't match what you're seeing in your own shop, call and say so.
Can I get these without checking back?
There's a feed at 806growth.com/rss.xml you can drop into any reader. There's no email digest for these yet. When there is one it'll be offered on this page, and we're not going to sign you up for it through some other form.
Do you work with businesses outside Lubbock?
Yes. Lubbock is home base and most of the work is here and in the towns around it — Wolfforth, Levelland, Slaton, Shallowater, Idalou, Plainview, Brownfield. We take work outside the 806 as well, but local is where we know the trades and the seasons cold.
