7. SMS / text messaging

When you provide your phone number through a form on this site and submit it with the SMS-consent acknowledgment, 806 Growth may send you transactional and marketing SMS — including but not limited to appointment reminders, lead follow-up, audit-result notifications, demo links, and occasional promotional messages.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your activity and our outreach.

Charges. Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. 806 Growth does not charge for SMS.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. We will confirm your opt-out and stop further messages, except as required to confirm the opt-out itself. You may also email contact@806growth.com or call (806) 451-3133 to be removed.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
